Your bag looks perfect on paper. Then the sample comes back wrong: seams misplaced, hardware off-spec, proportions off by inches. That gap between idea and manufacturable product is what a bag tech pack closes.
I design production-ready tech packs for handbags, totes, backpacks, duffle bags, crossbody bags, and purses: technical documentation a factory can quote, sample, and produce from without follow-up questions.
Every pack includes scaled flat sketches, a full bill of materials, size specs, colorway breakdowns, and construction callouts for stitching, seams, zippers, and clasps. Custom hardware gets full documentation too: metal, plating, thickness, placement.
I've built tech packs for luxury leather goods with brass hardware and mixed materials, plus construction guides manufacturers use on the factory floor, so I know what prevents a bad first sample.

What file formats will I receive?
You'll get your tech pack as a PDF for easy sharing with factories, plus the source file in AI or PSD depending on your package. PNG exports available on request.
Do you design the bag, or just the tech pack?
I turn an existing concept, reference image, or rough sketch into a factory-ready tech pack. If you don't have a concept yet, message me first: I can scope a design + tech pack package for you.
Can you work from a photo of an existing bag instead of a sketch?
Yes. Send a clear reference photo (or a few angles if you have them) and I'll build the technical flat sketch and specs from that.
What if my bag has custom hardware or mixed materials?
That's covered in every package. I'll document metal type, plating, thickness, and placement for hardware, and break out each material (leather, lining, interlining, trims) separately in the BOM.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes the initial delivery; Standard includes 2 rounds of revisions; Premium includes unlimited revisions until you're ready to send the pack to production.
