I will build a custom CRM and order management app to replace your spreadsheets

Informazioni su questo servizio
Every status question starts with "let me check". The work is in a spreadsheet, the details in email. One app replaces all of it.
Whatever your business needs: internal system, client portal, booking, quoting or production.
WHAT YOU GET
- Screens built around your process, not a template
- Roles and permissions: people see only their part
- Search, filters and export on every list
- Your existing data imported at go-live
- Automated tests on the flows that matter
- Live on your server, code and docs yours
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell me what you do by hand. In 48 hours you get a fixed scope, price and date in writing.
2. You approve every stage and see a demo every week. The agreed price holds; new ideas get a quote.
3. It goES live, then 30 days of free fixes.
YOUR RISK
Nothing until you approve. The code is yours from day one, in your repo. Any developer can take it over.
START SMALL OR GO FULL
Start with one screen to test how I work.
Day to day I write a commerce engine for B2B shops and work on an ERP system, so millions of records are routine.

FAQ
What exactly do I get for $200?
One working screen from your process: a form plus a searchable list, with roles, running on your server. Source code is yours. It is a test drive - you see how I work before you commit to a full system.
What if you disappear halfway through?
The code is in your repository from day one and it runs on your server, not mine. No page builders and no licensed plugins, so any developer can pick it up. You also get source, docs and deploy notes at handover.
Can you build something other than orders and invoices?
Yes. The same approach fits a client portal, bookings, quotes, production or a product you sell. What matters is that a real process runs through it. If you do it today in a spreadsheet, it can run in one app.
Who owns the code?
You do, one hundred percent, from the first commit. It lives in your repository, on your accounts. I keep no licence and no lock-in of any kind.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Tell me what you and your team still do by hand and where it hurts most. I turn that into a scope, a price and a date. You never have to choose a technology.
Is a bug the same as a revision?
No. If something breaks after delivery I fix it free for 30 days, and fixes start within 2 business days. A revision is when it works but you want it changed - your package includes those, and anything beyond is quoted.
Will there be extra costs after launch?
Hosting, domain and any third-party licences sit on your own accounts and you pay them directly - I do not resell them.
