Do you provide the license for Splunk or QRadar?
No. You must provide your own valid commercial or community licenses for Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, or IBM QRadar. I only provide the professional installation, configuration, optimization, and development services.
Can you integrate custom or proprietary applications that don't have standard plugins?
Yes, absolutely! I can write custom regular expressions (Regex), configure custom source types, and build custom parsers (Splunk Technology Add-ons or QRadar DSMs) to ensure your proprietary logs are correctly parsed and mapped.
How do you ensure my data remains secure during our workflow?
