I led the migration from Zoho CRM to GoHighLevel and built a fully automated system for managing recurring community events. The focus was centralizing fragmented tools and creating a scalable, relationship-driven CRM. Key Contributions: - Migrated contacts, pipelines, workflows, and contracts from Zoho CRM with data integrity preserved. - Redesigned pipelines to match real-world relationship stages and implemented tagging and smart lists for maintainability. - Built repeatable, tag-triggered workflows for monthly events, RSVP funnels, and guest management. - Developed human-centered email and SMS sequences aligned with the client’s tone. - Created lifecycle workflows to reset contacts for each event cycle automatically. Outcome: The client transitioned to a unified, automated CRM that eliminated tool overlap, manual follow-ups, and operational friction. Recurring events now run smoothly, consistently, and with minimal manual effort.

I partnered with the founder to design and implement a full GoHighLevel system for a breathwork-based transformation business. The goal was to automate lead capture, session delivery, communication, referrals, and set up scalable digital offerings. Key Contributions: - Configured pipelines, tags, custom fields, and CRM logic for free & paid sessions, testimonials, and partnerships. - Built multi-page funnels guiding users from free audio sessions to paid programs, including order/payment flows. - Designed automated email sequences for session delivery, reminders, testimonials, and follow-ups, creating reusable templates. - Created a secure, time-limited session delivery system with password-protected access. - Structured referral and incentive systems to reward active engagement. - Built custom forms for session sign-ups, testimonial submissions, and partner outreach, all integrated with workflow automations. - Advised on scaling live sessions to digital programs and optimizing funnels for clarity and performance. Outcome: The business gained a reliable, scalable foundation that reduced manual follow-ups, enabled systematic session delivery, and prepared the platform for future digital products and AI-assisted workflows.
