FAQ
Do you provide the server hosting as well?
No, and I don't resell it. You buy hosting in your own name so you always control it. Tell me your budget and player count before ordering and I'll recommend a host that fits. If you already have one, I'll work with it.
Which Minecraft versions and editions do you support?
Java and Bedrock, versions 1.8 through 1.21, including cross-play setups using Geyser. Tell me your version before ordering so I install the matching plugin builds.
What access do you need to my server?
Panel or SFTP access is ideal. If you'd rather not share it, I can send you the configured files with step-by-step install instructions instead. Either way I never need your Mojang or payment logins.
Can you set up a modpack server?
Yes. Forge, NeoForge and Fabric, including Cobblemon, Pixelmon and custom packs. Modpack servers need more RAM than vanilla, so tell me your host specs and I'll confirm what will run before you order.
My server lags with only a few players. Can you fix that?
Usually yes. Most lag comes from misconfigured view distance, entity limits or an unoptimized plugin, not weak hardware. Optimization is included in Premium and available as an extra on lower tiers.
Can you build a network with a lobby and multiple servers?
Yes, using BungeeCord or Velocity. That's the Premium package. I'll set up the proxy, the lobby, server switching and shared permissions.
Will I be able to manage it myself afterwards?
That's the goal. I hand over every login and a short written guide covering how to add plugins, change ranks and restart safely. You're not tied to me.
