At Pirelli Digital Solutions, I led the implementation and optimization of a Gohighlevel (GHL) system for a mid-sized coaching and consulting client struggling with fragmented marketing processes and low lead conversion rates. The project focused on building a centralized CRM, automating client acquisition workflows, and improving overall campaign performance. The client’s primary challenge was a disjointed tech stack, with multiple tools used for email marketing, funnel building, and client tracking. This setup led to data inconsistencies, missed follow-ups, and an overall lack of visibility across their pipeline. In addition, their lead nurturing process was largely manual and time-consuming, which resulted in slow response times and a high drop-off rate among prospects. I began by restructuring their entire GHL environment, consolidating all essential tools into a single, streamlined system. I designed and deployed high-converting sales funnels, integrated automated email and SMS follow-up sequences, and implemented a clear pipeline tracking system to monitor each stage of the customer journey. To ensure compliance and improve deliverability, I also configured an A2P 10DLC-approved messaging setup. Within three months, the client recorded a 45% increase in lead conversion rates and reduced response time to new inquiries by over 60%. The automation systems I built not only improved operational efficiency but also provided actionable insights through real-time reporting. This enabled the client to make informed decisions and scale their marketing efforts with confidence, resulting in sustained business growth.
