#Accounting & Financial Management Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with UAE standards and internal policies. Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, accruals, and provisions with proper documentation. Prepare journal entries, manage the general ledger, and ensure timely month-end closing. Perform bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations, resolving discrepancies efficiently. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, financial reports, and schedules for management review. Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to support financial planning. Maintain audit-ready records and prepare cost variance analysis to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. #QuickBooks Operations (2+ Years) Manage day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks including data entry, journal posting, and chart of accounts maintenance. Generate and review financial statements such as P&L, balance sheet, and trial balance. Perform bank feed reconciliations and ensure data accuracy. Maintain customer/vendor profiles, manage recurring transactions, and audit trails. Prepare customized reports for management and train junior staff on system usage and internal controls. #Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll Issue invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up for timely collections. Process supplier invoices, verify documents, and execute payments as per SOP. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve disputes. Process payroll including salaries, overtime, deductions, and end-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law. Maintain attendance records and support audits with required documentation. #UAE VAT & Compliance Manage VAT cycle including tax tracking, reconciliation, and return filing. Ensure correct VAT coding and compliance with FTA requirements. Handle VAT refunds, audit queries, and monitor regulatory updates.
