Claude Code Environment Setup & Technical Consulting

I helped a client transition from a managed Lovable workflow to a more flexible Claude Code development environment. The focus was not simply on getting Claude Code running, but on helping the client understand and confidently manage the entire development workflow. I assisted with Claude Code configuration, project structure, CLAUDE.md conventions, GitHub workflows, permissions, environment variables, API keys, database architecture, Superbase/Postgres, authentication, and deployment planning. I also helped connect third-party services and explained how the different pieces work together so the client could maintain and scale the projects independently. A major part of the work was hands-on consulting and troubleshooting—reviewing existing projects, identifying potential architecture issues, and showing the client how to move from a platform-managed workflow toward a self managed stack. The result was a clearer, more controlled development workflow with better understanding of the infrastructure behind each project. Claude Code Instructor & AI Workflow Training

I worked on developing practical Claude Code training designed to help learners move beyond simply using AI and understand how to apply Claude effectively to real-world projects and workflows. I structured and explained lessons covering Claude's capabilities and limitations, workspace setup, effective prompting, task decomposition, output evaluation, hallucination detection, fact-checking, context management, project instructions, knowledge sources, connectors, research, planning, workflow optimization, governance, and responsible AI usage. A key focus was making technical concepts easy to understand through practical examples, guided labs, and step-by-step demonstrations. I also helped learners understand how to approach complex tasks with Claude Code, choose the right strategy, troubleshoot weak outputs, and build more reliable AI-assisted workflows. The training was designed around practical learning rather than theory, helping students gain the confidence to use Claude Code and the broader AI ecosystem effectively in their own projects.
