Informazioni su questo servizio
Need a WordPress form that does more than collect a name and email? I build Gravity Forms and Contact Form 7 forms that work first time and keep working.
WHAT I BUILD
- Multi-step forms with conditional logic
- Quote, pricing and booking calculators
- Intake and application forms with file uploads
- Notifications, confirmations and CRM or email-list connections
- Stripe or PayPal payment forms
HOW IT WORKS
Every form is tested on desktop and mobile before delivery, and you get a screen recording showing how to edit it.
Payments: I build and verify the whole flow with the gateway's test cards, so you see it working before delivery. You then add your live keys and run one small real payment. Your live keys never leave your hands.
Licences: Gravity Forms is a paid plugin, bought in your name. Basic covers standard forms, Pro adds Stripe, PayPal and Zapier; Elite adds Signature, Partial Entries and User Registration. I never install my own or shared licences.
NOT INCLUDED: plugin licences, website design, copywriting, PDF templates (see my Gravity PDF gig) or custom automation workflows.
Message me before ordering and I'll confirm the right package.

I build WordPress sites, complex forms, and the automations that connect them to the rest of your business.
WHAT I DO
✓ WordPress & Elementor — builds, redesigns, Figma conversions
✓ Gravity Forms — conditional logic, PDF output, login systems
✓ Custom PHP — plugins and features when no plugin does the job
✓ Automation — Zapier, n8n and Make workflows linking your CRM and email
✓ Maintenance, speed and care plans
HOW I WORK
→ Scope, timeline and price agreed before you order
→ Milestones you approve, not one delivery at the end
Send your project and I'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.

FAQ
Do I need to buy Gravity Forms?
Yes. It is a paid plugin and the licence must be in your name so you get updates and support. Basic covers most forms; Pro is needed for Stripe, PayPal, Square or Zapier; Elite for Signature, Partial Entries, Survey or User Registration.
Can you use Contact Form 7 instead?
Yes, for simple contact and enquiry forms, because CF7 is free. For conditional logic, multi-step layouts or calculations, Gravity Forms is much stronger. I will tell you honestly which one fits before you order.
Can you connect my payment gateway?
Yes, with Gravity Forms Pro or Elite. I build and verify the payment flow with the gateway's test cards, so you see it working before delivery. You then enter your live keys and run one small real payment. Your live keys never leave your hands.
Can the form calculate prices or quotes?
Yes. Number and pricing fields can total up a visitor's choices. Send me your formula or price list; I build it and test it with sample values you confirm.
Can I capture forms people start but don't submit?
Yes, with the Partial Entries add-on, which comes with the Gravity Forms Elite licence. I will tell you before ordering if your idea needs Elite.
Can you fix an existing form?
Yes. Send me the page link and what is wrong. If notifications aren't arriving, the cause is often your site's mail sending, which I diagnose and explain.
Do you design the whole page or website?
No. This gig covers the form, styling it to match your site, notifications and connections. Page design and full websites are separate services.
Will the form work on mobile?
Yes. Every form is tested on desktop and mobile before delivery.
Do you need my WordPress login?
Yes. Please create a new temporary Administrator user for me instead of sharing your own password, and delete it after delivery.
Can the form create a PDF of each entry?
Yes, but that is a separate service. See my Gravity PDF template gig.
