I will make you a working Contact Page
I will design you a layout of the layout with html and little css
I will than validate it with php
This willl be added to your site on a page like your contact page where, instead of people having to make an email they can just fill out the form and it will be sent directly to you via your email.

My name is Jayson, I am majoring in Computer Science/IT, I already have built websites but I learn everyday. I have built a few websites, like my personal website and others.
