What do you need from me to get started?
I need temporary login access or API keys for your e-signature software (PandaDoc/DocuSign), your accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero), and your Make.com account. If you do not have a Make.com account, I will help you create a free one.
Do I have to pay an ongoing monthly fee to you?
No. This is a one-time build fee. The automation will run inside your own Make.com account. Depending on your document volume, Make.com offers a robust free tier or a very low-cost basic plan.
What happens if a client makes a typo on the contract?
The automation maps exactly what the client types into the signed document directly into QuickBooks or Xero. To prevent errors, I highly recommend setting strict validation rules (like forcing a correct email format) inside your PandaDoc or DocuSign templates before we connect the data.
Can you connect this to my payment processor (Stripe/PayPal) too?
This specific gig handles the Document-to-Ledger bridge. If you need full end-to-end routing that includes Stripe webhooks and payment reconciliation, please message me directly for a custom Proposal-to-Invoice pipeline quote.
How secure is this process?
