I’m a Webflow Developer and UI/UX Designer with around 4 years of professional experience in a company environment before transitioning into independent freelancing. During my time working in a structured agency setting, I was deeply involved in designing and developing websites for SaaS companies, startups, and digital products. My role required close collaboration with designers, developers, and project managers, which helped me build a strong understanding of end-to-end product workflows, client requirements, and delivering within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. I was responsible for translating UI/UX designs into fully functional Webflow websites, ensuring pixel-perfect execution, responsive behavior across devices, and clean, scalable structure that aligned with both design intent and business goals. Over time, I expanded my responsibilities beyond development into more UI/UX-focused work, contributing to interface design decisions, improving user flows, and optimizing website performance for better usability and conversion outcomes. I gained hands-on experience working with CMS-driven structures, complex layouts, and interactive elements, always prioritizing performance, maintainability, and clarity in build structure. This foundation helped me develop a strong balance between design thinking and technical execution, which became a core strength in my work. After 4 years in a company environment, I transitioned into freelancing to work more directly with clients across different industries and regions. This shift allowed me to take full ownership of projects from concept to launch, while applying the same professional standards and processes I developed in an agency setting. As a freelancer, I focus on building high-performing, conversion-focused websites that are not only visually refined but also strategically structured to support businesses.
