To start, please send your 2D plans (CAD .DWG, Vector .PDF, or detailed dimensional drawings) along with elevation files. If you already have a 3D model (.SKP, .RVT, .OBJ), that works great too! Please also share any material choices, references, or mood boards you have.
What if I only have hand sketches or basic rough dimensions?
I can work from hand sketches and floor plans with clear measurements! Message me your drawings before placing an order so I can evaluate the scale and send you a custom quote tailored to your project.
Is 3D architectural modeling included in all packages?
3D modeling from 2D plans (PDF/DWG) is included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package requires you to provide a completed, ready-to-render 3D model file (SketchUp, Revit, or FBX).
