Years as a communications technician on Los Angeles public-works sites, where a real share of the job was paperwork - the same report rebuilt by hand every week. I know that work because I did it.
Now I write the Python that does it instead: reports, data entry, PDF generation, API pipelines, email workflows. I also fix scripts that broke.
I work in the tools you already use: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 - Sheets, Excel, Docs, Word.

Can you match my existing report layout?
Yes. Send a sample - Word, PDF, Excel, even a screenshot - and I'll rebuild it as a template the script fills in every time.
What formats can it output?
PDF, Excel (.xlsx), CSV or HTML. PDF and Excel are the usual pair, and one script can produce both from the same run.
My data is messy. Is that a problem?
No, and it's worth telling me upfront. Handling missing and malformed rows without crashing is part of every package.
Can it pull data out of PDFs, not just write them?
Yes - invoices, statements and forms into a clean spreadsheet. Send two or three samples first so I can confirm the layout is consistent enough.
