I design and build practical AI-powered business systems focused on automation, customer support, inbox management, lead handling, knowledge-based assistants, and operational workflows. My work combines n8n, AI models, no-code/low-code tools, structured workflow design, and business process planning to create systems that are useful in real day-to-day operations rather than just technical demos. Current projects include AI-powered customer support systems, smart inbox assistants, workflow automation, customer enquiry handling, human escalation logic, knowledge-base integration, lead capture, appointment workflows, notifications, logging, and reusable automation frameworks. I also work on product architecture, user experience, process mapping, testing plans, system configuration, and modular workflow design so solutions can be adapted for different businesses without needing to be rebuilt from scratch. Alongside client-focused automation work, I am developing BizOS, a broader AI business operating system concept, with SalonBot as an early industry-specific product. This has involved designing customer journeys, automation logic, support workflows, business rules, operational features, AI assistant behaviour, and reusable system components. My approach is structured and practical: understand the business process first, design the workflow clearly, test each stage, and build around the client’s actual needs rather than adding unnecessary complexity. That version uses the space much better and gives buyers a much clearer picture of what you actually do. I’d use that for the 2,000-character section.
