My photo really means a lot to me, will it be safe?
Absolutely! I promise to keep your photos confidential and I will make every effort to ensure the safety and security of your photo.
What settings should I use if I scan a photo?
Use the “photo” scanning option. Put in your DPI (dots per inch or PPI, pixels per inch). 300 DPI will give you an exact copy of your original photo. A 4”x6” photo scanned in at 300 DPI will give you a 4”x6” photo. If you wish double or triple the size, scan the image in at 600 - 900 DPI.
How big should I send my photo?
Always send the largest file that you have. This ensures the highest reproduction quality and the best quality of work when retouching photos. Ideally, you should submit your photo at the final size you would like it, at 300 dpi in RGB color mode.
