I will work with you to make you a better coxswain. There are 3 pillars to being a coxswain. 1) Safety 2) Steering 3) Coaching. All three are built on the confidence of the coxswain. By doing things like listening to race or practice recordings and discussing where we can add value to the boat, we can make you into a valuable addition to a high school, club, or college crew team.

Currently working as a whale watching tour guide. As a high school and university coxswain there very few development opportunities for coxswains, this is something I want to change.
