I am a former Associate Partner & Director at McKinsey (Brussels). I spent 7+ years (2018-2025) at the Firm and had the opportunity to guide 500+ candidates as recruiter, coach or faculty.

My journey spans the whole gamut, from tip-toeing into consulting as a candidate, then getting the opportunity to work at McKinsey and be a coach, interviewer & recruiter. As a candidate, I interviewed with 50+ companies (Accenture, MBB, Strategy& etc.) and had a bumpy ride, cracking some and falling short at times.
