Do you need access to my API account?
No. I only need the API documentation (endpoints + authentication method). You may share test credentials or generate a temporary API key if needed.
Will this work in any version of Excel?
Yes, the solution works on Excel 2016+ (Windows) and Microsoft 365. If you use Mac, please tell me first — Power Query support varies by version.
Can you pull data from multiple endpoints?
Yes. The number of endpoints depends on your selected package. Multi-endpoint merging and relationships are available in Standard & Premium tiers.
Can you handle OAuth2 or complex authentication flows?
Yes, if the API supports token exchange and provides working documentation. If the API uses proprietary or undocumented flows, I’ll review feasibility first.
Will the data refresh automatically?
Yes. I can add a one-click refresh, scheduled refresh, or refresh on workbook open depending on your workflow (Premium includes all).
Can you also POST data or update records in the API?
Yes — POST, PUT, DELETE requests are included in the Premium package only, because they require additional safety + validation logic.
Do you provide user instructions for non-technical staff?
Yes. Every delivery includes a clean instructions sheet explaining how to enter credentials and refresh the data.
What if my API requires rate limits or pagination?
I handle pagination (page, cursor, offset, continuation tokens) and respect rate limits. This is included in Standard and Premium.
Should I message you before placing an order?
Yes. Sharing the API docs upfront ensures the work is feasible and your package selection is correct. The review is free.
