Chi sono

Built MIA, a WhatsApp AI agent powered by Claude for clinic customer support and appointment booking, used by about 100 people. Worked on the conversation engine and data layer: Vercel AI SDK, pgvector knowledge base, pg-boss job queues and automated confirmation and lead follow-up flows, in TypeScript, Next.js and PostgreSQL. Wrote automated tests (Vitest) and Drizzle migrations for a multi-tenant system with WhatsApp and telephony integrations.
