I start by mapping what you do now the trigger, the data that matters,
where it should land, and what happens next. Then I build it, test it
against your real sample records, and document it so you're not dependent
on me to change it later.
Platform subscriptions and usage fees are yours. You own the accounts and
the automation.

FAQ
What do I need before ordering?
Active accounts for the tools we're connecting, permission to access the data, a couple of sample records, and a plain description of how you do it manually now. That's genuinely all — I'll work out the rest from there.
Are Make, Zapier or Airtable subscriptions included?
No. Platform fees are paid by you and the accounts stay in your name, which matters — it means the automation is yours and you're never locked to me. Most small workflows run fine on free or low tiers, and I'll tell you before you order if yours won't.
Can you fix an existing automation instead of building new?
Yes, and it's often cheaper. Send me the error, what you expected to happen, and a sample record before ordering so I can confirm whether it fits a package or needs a custom offer.
What if my process is messy or I'm not sure what I need?
That's normal and it's not a problem. Describe it however it comes out — I'll map it and tell you which parts are worth automating and which are better left alone. Not everything should be automated.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects or adjusts the workflow we agreed. Adding another app, trigger, branch or business process is new scope — I'll price it as an extra rather than surprise you.
Will you test it before handing it over?
Yes, against the sample data we agree on. You should still run your own acceptance testing with real records and edge cases before you rely on it in production — that's true of any automation, mine included.
