 Ensures compliance with the requirements of PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9725, their respective IRR, and other pertinent rules and regulations.  Preparation and review of the Environmental Management and Contingency Plan  Attend to all permitting and registration requirements of the establishment.  Ensures the proper performance, operation, and maintenance of environmental management facilities.  Ensures the hazardous waste disposed of offsite is covered by a Permit to Operate.  Monitors compliance with the requirements as specified in ECC as part of the Compliance Monitoring Report  Monitor activities pertaining to pollution control facilities and compliance with Emission and Effluent Standards as part of the Self-Monitoring Report.  Promptly submit CMRs and SMRs  Conduct regularly facility, environmental and safety audit to ensure smooth operation  Secure all Legal Permits (ECC, PTO, HWGID) for additional establishment.  Making sustainability activities to achieve Objectives and Targets
