I will file form 5472 pro forma 1120 for foreign owned single member US llc founders
Tax Ready Bookkeeping Pro
Informazioni su questo servizio
Own a US LLC but live outside the US? The IRS expects Form 5472 and a pro forma 1120 every year, even if your LLC made no money.
Most non-resident founders never hear about it until a CP215 notice arrives. The penalty is $25,000 per form, per year, with no cap. Wrong reportable transactions or a missed April 15 deadline can cost you more than your LLC ever earned.
I will prepare and file your Form 5472 and pro forma 1120 accurately, so your foreign-owned LLC stays IRS compliant.

FAQ
My LLC made no money. Do I still need to file?
Yes. A foreign-owned single-member LLC is a disregarded entity for income tax but is treated as a corporation for Form 5472 reporting. If you paid formation fees or put any money in, that counts as a reportable transaction. Zero-revenue and dormant LLCs still file.
What counts as a reportable transaction?
Capital contributions, distributions, loans between you and the LLC, LLC expenses you paid personally, and services between you and the company. I list each one correctly in Part V so your return matches your Mercury, Wise or Payoneer bank records.
When is it due, and can I get an extension?
For a calendar-year LLC, it’s due 15 April. Filing Form 7004 by that date gives you an automatic six-month extension to 15 October. Missing both triggers a $25,000 penalty per form, per year, so I diarise your deadlines from day one.
I missed earlier years or got an IRS penalty notice. Can you help?
Yes. I prepare the missing returns with a reasonable cause statement requesting penalty abatement. If you’ve already received a CP215 notice, I draft your response. Filing before the IRS contacts you usually gives you the strongest position
Do I need an SSN or ITIN?
Usually not. Your LLC needs an EIN, and you provide your foreign tax ID on the form. If your LLC earns US-source effectively connected income, you may also need a 1040-NR and an ITIN, so I check that for you.
How fast will my tax return be delivered?
Most returns are completed within 2–3 days. Expedited delivery is available if needed.
