I run multi-agent AI systems in production for e-commerce every day: catalog generation, order fulfillment, Shopify and supplier APIs. I didn't learn this last month in order to sell it, so I'll tell you honestly when AI is the wrong tool for your problem.

Every agent action is logged to an audit trail, and anything that moves money requires human approval.
