Vehicle Telemetry Datalogger ESPelemetry is an embedded vehicle telemetry system that captures realtime sensor data during driving sessions and logs it to flash storage for post-session analysis. What it does: Captures data from 4× BLE TPMS (tire pressure sensors) sensors simultaneously and reads a 6-axis IMU (MPU6050) for acceleration and rotation data. Fuses IMU data using an Extended Kalman Filter to compute roll and pitch angles Logs all sensor readings to onboard flash storage with timestamps, exposes the logged data as a USB mass storage device (appears as a flash drive on any computer) and finally exports data in CSV format for motorsport analysis. Hardware: ESP32-S3 microcontroller, BLE TPMS sensors, MPU6050 IMU, bq25185 power management IC. Firmware stack: ESP-IDF, NimBLE (BLE), TinyUSB (USB MSC), FatFS, Extended Kalman Filter library. Output: Plug the device into a USB port after a session. The logged data appears as CSV files ready for analysis in motorsport telemetry software.
