As a 3D Product and Wearable Designer in a creative studio environment, I contributed to the design and development of wearable products, including helmets, protective gear, and costume props. My role involved transforming conceptual ideas into accurate 3D models that could be used for prototyping, presentation, and manufacturing. I worked closely with design teams to create helmet structures that combined aesthetics with functionality. This included developing ergonomic shapes, ensuring proper proportions, and optimizing designs for real-world use. I was responsible for refining geometry, improving structural integrity, and ensuring that each model could be manufactured through 3D printing or other production methods. A significant part of my work involved designing cosplay-related assets such as masks, helmets, and armor components. These designs required attention to detail, especially when replicating character-based concepts or creating original designs for clients. I also handled file preparation, ensuring models were watertight, properly scaled, and ready for slicing and printing. Additionally, I produced high-quality renders used for presentations and marketing materials. These visuals helped communicate design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders. I also contributed to iterative design improvements by incorporating feedback and making precise adjustments. This experience strengthened my technical skills in 3D modeling software and enhanced my ability to create designs that are both visually compelling and practically usable. It also improved my understanding of wearable product design, making me capable of delivering professional-grade helmet and cosplay designs suitable for real-world application.
3D Helmet & Cosplay Designer

I have worked as a freelance 3D designer specializing in custom helmet modeling, cosplay masks, and wearable armor for clients across gaming, entertainment, and personal cosplay projects. My primary focus has been creating highly detailed and fully wearable 3D helmet designs optimized for 3D printing. Each project begins with understanding the client’s concept, whether it’s a futuristic helmet, Halloween mask, or character-based cosplay prop. I develop models that balance both visual accuracy and real-world usability. This includes ensuring proper scaling for head fit, designing internal spacing for comfort, and structuring models into printable sections when necessary. I create clean, manifold meshes that are compatible with both FDM and SLA printers, reducing errors during printing and assembly. Over time, I have designed a wide range of helmets including sci-fi helmets, tactical helmets, fantasy armor pieces, and custom cosplay masks. I also work on wearable armor components, ensuring that each piece aligns correctly with the human body and allows mobility. My workflow includes sculpting, hard surface modeling, and optimization for production. In addition to modeling, I provide STL and OBJ files ready for printing, along with optional renders to help clients visualize the final product. I prioritize clear communication, quick revisions, and delivering results that meet both creative and functional expectations. My goal is to help clients turn their ideas into real, wearable designs that can be printed and used confidently.
