Founded The Health Hunk to help entrepreneurs, executives, and busy professionals build sustainable fitness habits, improve their confidence, and perform at their best. Delivered personalised coaching, mentoring, and training programmes covering strength, conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, bodybuilding, athletic performance, nutrition, and general wellbeing. My approach combined practical training with an understanding of motivation, behaviour, and the emotional barriers that often prevent people from making lasting changes. Key responsibilities included: • Creating personalised fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programmes • Delivering one-to-one coaching and ongoing accountability • Helping clients overcome self-doubt and develop sustainable habits • Producing educational fitness videos and social media content • Building the brand through presenting, writing, photography, and filmmaking • Managing client relationships, marketing, sales, and daily business operations The business was shaped by my own experience of rebuilding my physical and mental wellbeing. That journey also led to national news and television appearances, giving me early experience in storytelling, presenting, and building an audience through video. This role developed the coaching, communication, on-camera, and entrepreneurial skills that later became central to my work at BeSpoke Studios.
