When does the delivery period start?
The delivery period starts after the order is confirmed and all required project details and documentation have been received from the client.
Are project revisions included?
Yes. Each project includes up to two major revision rounds. Changes outside the original scope may require additional fees and delivery time.
When are the final files delivered?
Final files are delivered after the project is completed, the final revision is approved, and full payment has been received.
Who owns the copyright?
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final project deliverables. The service provider retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, methodologies, and technical know-how used during the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Can the project be shared?
Client information and project data will be treated as confidential. However, final deliverables may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes, provided no sensitive or confidential information is disclosed. Scope of Responsibility
Services are provided using professional engineering practices. The service provider is not liable for issues arising from incorrect client information, third-party modifications, or improper use of the deliverables. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project for reasonable cause. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Payments for completed work and delivered items are non-refundable.
Project Completion
The client has seven (7) calendar days after delivery to report any issues related to the original project requirements. If no observations are received within this period, the work will be deemed accepted and the project considered complete.
