Do I need to have my videos ready before we start?
Not necessarily. If you have existing content, we'll organize and upload it as part of your package. If you're still filming, we can set up your platform structure now and add content once it's ready.
What if my content library is bigger than what's included in my package?
No problem, additional content pages can be added for $125/page so everything gets the same level of care regardless of library size.
Do you offer migration from another platform (Vimeo OTT, Teachable, Kajabi, etc.)?
Yes, migration is available as an add-on for $650 flat rate, covering pre-migration planning, migration day, and post-migration support.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Platform login access (or we can help you set one up), your branding assets (logo, colors, etc. if you have them), and any existing video content you'd like uploaded.
How long does delivery take?
All packages are delivered within 30 days, though many projects wrap up sooner depending on scope and how quickly content/assets are provided.
