I manage Amazon, TikTok Shop and Temu stores, combining hands-on marketplace experience with a practical approach to daily operations, product presentation and business growth. • Store Management: Handle store setup, catalogue organisation, account settings and day-to-day marketplace operations. • Product Research: Analyse market demand, competitor listings, pricing and product opportunities to support informed selling decisions. • Listing Optimisation: Create keyword-focused titles, bullet points, descriptions, product attributes and variation listings tailored to each marketplace. • Product Content: Prepare product images, infographics, Amazon A+ content and promotional video scripts that clearly communicate product features and benefits. • Amazon Operations: Manage Seller Central listings, FBA and FBM inventory, listing updates, suppressed listings and seller support cases. • Advertising: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, keyword targeting, bids and budgets, reviewing performance to identify opportunities for improvement. • TikTok Shop: Manage product uploads, shop promotions, affiliate collaborations, creator outreach and shoppable content planning. • Temu Operations: Maintain product listings, pricing, stock availability and promotional participation through the seller dashboard. • Orders and Inventory: Monitor stock levels, process orders, coordinate fulfilment and track dispatch and delivery issues. • Customer Support: Handle customer enquiries, returns, refunds and after-sales communication professionally. • Account Health: Monitor performance notifications, address listing issues and prepare supporting information for appeals when required. • Reporting: Review sales, traffic, conversion rates and advertising results to guide store improvements.
