Aerodynamic Structural Design: Designed and engineered the primary structures of lifting surfaces (wings and tail assemblies) specifically optimized for prototype/mockup manufacturing. Prototype Tooling & Fixture Design: Conceptualized and constructed specialized production and assembly jigs tailored for low-volume, high-precision prototype fabrication and exhibition-grade models. Analysis: Did all necessary calculations analytically and using Finite Element Method, as well as know methods for calculating aerodynamics. Prototype Assembly Supervision: Overseen the physical assembly and integration of the initial mockup, providing real-time engineering solutions on the shop floor to ensure strict aesthetic and structural compliance. Cross-Functional Optimization: Leveraged insights from the initial build to propose design enhancements for future iterations, including the fuselage structure, flight control systems, landing gear, and cabin interior.
