What software do you use to connect to my computer?
I use AnyDesk or TeamViewer -- whichever you prefer. Both are free to download and take about 2 minutes to set up. You stay in control the entire time and can end the session instantly.
Is my data safe during a remote session?
Yes. You watch everything I do on your screen in real time. I never access files outside what's needed to diagnose and fix the issue, and you can disconnect at any moment.
What if you can't fix the problem?
I'll tell you honestly what the issue is and what your options are. If it's a hardware failure that requires hands-on repair, I'll say so clearly. I don't charge for work I can't complete.
Do you support both Windows and Mac?
Yes. Windows 10 and 11, and macOS. If you're unsure of your version, I can help you find it before we start.
How do we schedule the session?
Once you place the order, message me with your availability. I respond within a few hours and we lock in a time that works for you
