I had a persistent issue with my 3D printer that left it operating inconsistently. After reaching out to a technical expert, they were exceptional: they quickly identified a faulty stepper motor and recalibrated the firmware. had upgraded my 3d printer's nozzle to a sprite with cr-touch and messed up the calibration in the process. booked a session to get that straightened out and was able to fix some of the issues that were plaguing me due to the upgrade. thanks for the help and patience.

it's like working with the tony stark of 3d printers. I thought I was screwed and my printer was broken. not only did we fix my printer quickly, but had me printing moments later while helping me understand what I need to do to print bigger projects in the future. Also super friendly, can't recommend her enough.
