Out of all the freelancers I asked to do the same work, Kareem asked for the longest delivery time, and was still a few days late. The final product still were riddled with "ums" and other filler words, which I had asked him to remove in his editing process.

Very professional, and quick response times. I asked Kareem to edit 15 minutes of my episode first to see their work, and I am pleased. My constructive feedback would be that Kareem added too much colour correction, and made me and my guest look orange-ish. But I've asked them to change it in the full episode.
