FAQ
Can you provide minor editing and fixing of project errors?
Yes, if we spot anything broken we can address the issues before rendering. We can also optimize the project settings without altering the visual output to reduce rendering requirement time. We will always ask first before making any changes to your work.
Do you work with other software besides Adobe After Effects (AE)?
YES! We have all older AE versions dating back to CS2 (we can edit/render your project in your same software for compatibility), we also work with Premier Pro projects, and DaVinci Resolve. Any other software, please message first, we may still be able to provide custom services on demand!
What about 3rd Party plugins?
We have an extensive installed After Effects plugins library. We have all the Red giant, Boris Effects, Video Copilot suites, and Cinema4D. If we do not own a specific plugin or project resource, we can discuss a solution or cancel order with full refund in the event a project cannot be rendered.
