I will provide a new 2d interior design for your house remodel

Are you looking to remodel a space in your home and don't know where to start? I'm here to help you! I have a background in home remodeling and will transform your space using computer drafting software that will realistically show how the new space will flow. *These plans are assuming I'm reworking multiple spaces/moving walls.

What you will get:

• 1 New 2D plan and elevations to show new cabinetry locations
• Relocation/rework of your existing floorpan within your current house footprint

EXTRAS

• Material selections
• 3D renderings of the new space
• Electrical plans

What I need from you:

• Current floor plan of your home. Floor plan will need to include room dimensions and your ceiling heights. I will also need door and window sizes and locations and if they can be removed or must stay. I will need to know what walls can and cannot be moved as well
• Inspiration pictures - Pinterest or a google search is great!
• Appliance sizes/links (if this is for a kitchen)

*Revisions to your order are only minor changes to layout, not a new layout.* If you would like to see multiple layouts you can purchase that option with your plan.

Source files are not included and will be an additional charge.
