Lead Recovery & CRM Booking Automation Specialist Designed and implemented an automated lead recovery system to prevent potential customers from being lost after initial inquiries. The system captured leads from channels such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website conversations, then automatically centralized their information in a CRM. Using ManyChat, n8n, GoHighLevel, webhooks, and API integrations, I created workflows that captured contact details, qualified leads, assigned the correct tags and pipeline stages, and triggered automated SMS/email follow-ups when a lead did not immediately book. Qualified prospects were guided toward appointment scheduling through automated booking flows, while the CRM kept their conversation history, lead status, and follow-up activities organized in one place. Workflow: Lead Capture → Qualification → CRM → Automated Follow-Up → Appointment Booking
