I worked at K3 Architect as an Architectural Designer / Intern, where I gained hands-on experience across multiple stages of architectural projects. I started by working on lighting boards, analyzing and coordinating the placement and specifications of lighting elements for interior and exterior spaces. Then, I contributed to FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) boards, where I received rendered shots and carefully analyzed the furniture and fixtures shown. I researched each item online, recorded its specifications and price, and optimized selections to achieve the highest quality at the most cost-effective solution, ensuring both aesthetic and functional excellence. After that, I worked on project presentations, preparing shots in Photoshop and developing look & feel boards and mood boards that captured the design concept and visual identity of each project. My most significant experience was with a large residential project consisting of five towers. I coordinated the podium levels, including the ground retail area and the upper parking floors, ensuring accurate planning, layout consistency, and clear visual communication. I finalized the project by creating a comprehensive presentation, demonstrating the project’s vision, quality, and design intent. Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in design analysis, 3D rendering review, material research, cost optimization, and presentation creation, preparing me to handle complex architectural projects with attention to detail, creativity, and professional execution.
