Built and operate a production document-parsing API with an MCP server. • Semantic search over a 1,100-document knowledge base (bge-m3 embeddings and a reranker): the right document in the top 5 for 92% of test questions, versus 60% for keyword search. • Copilot Studio agent design over 80 procedures with Azure AI Search (proposal stage); AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations with Claude.
