FAQ
Do my members need to install anything?
No. Everything happens inside Telegram: members tap Start, pick a plan, pay and get their invite link. The admin panel is a website for you only, and it works on desktop and phone.
How do members pay?
By card through Stripe Checkout, or in crypto through NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, LTC and USDT TRC20 built in). They can also pay from a wallet balance topped up with gift codes you create. VIP Pro adds Telegram Stars.
Does Telegram allow card and crypto payments in bots?
Telegram's bot terms say digital goods and services should be paid in Telegram Stars, and bots that don't comply can be restricted. That's why VIP Pro adds Stars. You choose your payment methods and are responsible for following Telegram's rules.
Can I use NOWPayments if I live in the US, UK or EU?
NOWPayments' terms exclude residents of the US, UK, EU, UAE and Russia. If that's you, use card payments, Telegram Stars, or order the extra for another crypto gateway. Please check their terms before ordering.
What stops members from sharing the invite link?
Every link admits one person and expires after 24 hours. When a plan ends, the bot removes the member from your channel or group. If they renew, they are let back in and get a fresh link.
Do plans renew automatically?
Plans are paid per period. The bot sends your reminder 1 day before the end, and renewing early adds the new days to the current end date, so nobody loses time. Auto-renewing card billing is available as an extra.
Who receives the money? Are there monthly fees?
Payments go straight to your own Stripe and NOWPayments accounts. The software takes no cut and there is no monthly fee to me. You pay your server, usually $5-10 a month, and the payment providers' own fees.
Can I sell access to more than one channel?
Yes. Every plan points to its own channel or group, so one bot can run several VIP chats with different prices and lengths. VIP Launch includes 1, Branded VIP up to 3, and VIP Pro unlimited.
What can I sell access to?
Communities you have the right to sell: courses, coaching, premium content, research, fitness, business groups. I don't set up bots for adult content, gambling tips, guaranteed-profit signals or pirated content.
Do I get the source code?
VIP Pro includes the full TypeScript source, licensed to customize for your own business. VIP Launch and Branded VIP run as a compiled build on your server, and the source is an extra. Reselling the software is not included.
