What format will I receive the tracker in?
A fully editable Excel (.xlsx) file that also opens perfectly in Google Sheets. No special software or add-ins needed — just Excel or a free Google account.
Can you customise it for my store's products and categories?
Yes. Send me your product categories, store/location names, and typical SKU count during onboarding, and I'll set up the dropdowns and starter rows to match your business before delivery.
Do I need to know Excel to use this?
No. You only type into the blue-text cells (quantities, prices, dates) — everything else, including reorder alerts and stock value, calculates automatically. A built-in Instructions tab walks you through it in under 2 minutes.
How does the reorder alert work?
Each product has a reorder point you set. The moment your stock count drops to or below it, that row turns red and flags "REORDER NOW" — so you catch it before you run out, not after.
Does it track lost or damaged stock too?
Yes — there's a dedicated Shrinkage Log that links straight back to your product list, so you can see stock value lost to theft, damage or expiry alongside your live inventory.
Can you also train my team to use it?
