My headers are all different. Will they still merge?
Yes, that is the main feature. Case, extra spaces and accents are ignored when matching, so Full Name, FULL NAME and full name become a single column. The first spelling seen becomes the output header.
My CSV files are semicolon separated and look broken in Excel.
That is a European CSV export and it is handled automatically. The separator and the text encoding are both detected, so Turkish, German and other accented characters come out correct instead of as symbols.
Will my phone numbers lose their leading zeros?
No. Everything is read as text, so 0532... stays 0532... and product codes like 007 stay 007. This is the single most common thing that breaks when people merge files in Excel by hand.
Can you keep only certain rows?
Yes. Tell me the rules in plain English, for example keep rows where the amount is over 1000 and the city is not empty. Multiple rules combine, and only rows matching all of them stay.
I need this every month. Can I do it myself next time?
Add the tool extra and you receive the Windows .exe I use. Point it at a folder, press one button and it does the same job again. No Python and no Excel installation needed.
