It was really great working with Aklima—she was always willing to fix issues with the designs, which I really appreciated. The only thing was that there may have been a bit of a language barrier, and sometimes it felt like what I was asking for wasn’t fully understood, which got frustrating at times....

language barrier is an issue, the person doing the tech pack wasn’t the woman advertised it’s actually a man as he asked to call me as didn’t understand what I was saying by message. Would not use again.
