I work with WhatsApp Business API, AI models, webhooks, n8n, CRM systems, REST APIs, Google Workspace, and other business platforms to create connected workflows around real customer and sales processes. A typical workflow can receive a new lead, understand the customer's request, qualify the opportunity, store the information in a CRM or database, notify the appropriate team member, and trigger follow-up actions without requiring someone to manually manage every step. I also integrate AI into customer-facing workflows where businesses need more intelligent responses than traditional automation can provide. Depending on the use case, the system can classify conversations, extract information, answer common questions, qualify prospects, route requests, and trigger the appropriate business process. My focus is not simply on creating a chatbot. I build the automation surrounding the conversation so that customer interactions can connect to the rest of the business. I approach each project by understanding how the company currently handles leads and customers, where delays or repetitive tasks occur, and which systems need to communicate. I then design an automation around that process. The result is a practical business automation system designed to help teams respond faster, reduce repetitive work, keep information organized, and create a more consistent customer experience.

I also focus on giving coding agents the right context, tools, instructions, and integrations so they can work effectively within a project. I design and build business automation systems that connect different applications, APIs, databases, communication platforms, and business tools into a single automated workflow. My focus is helping businesses eliminate repetitive manual processes and create systems that can collect information, process it, make decisions, and trigger the next action automatically. My work includes n8n workflow automation, REST API integration, webhooks, data processing, CRM integrations, lead generation workflows, lead qualification, notifications, business process automation, and connections between third-party applications. I have worked with workflows involving platforms such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, Shopify, CRM systems, AI platforms, communication tools, and custom APIs. I build workflows that can receive information from one system, process or transform the data, send it to another service, and continue the process without requiring someone to manually move information between platforms. I also integrate AI into automation workflows when a process requires classification, qualification, content generation, decision-making, or intelligent data processing. This allows a traditional workflow to become much more useful because the system can analyze incoming information before deciding what should happen next. When building an automation, I don't focus only on getting the workflow to execute once. I consider how the workflow should handle different data formats, API responses, errors, duplicate information, missing fields, authentication, webhooks, and other situations that can affect reliability.
