the creator was very polite and prompt to get back to me about changes to the design of the product. When viewing the first iteration of the product, it was clear to see that AI had been used as there were random artefacts and duplications of shapes that a person would pick up on as not symmetrical....

Very good communications. KB was adaptive with my remarks. I expected something and I got even more. The design was overall really on point, sober, professional. To put it in a nutshell, it was a pleasure to work with KB !
