What do I need to provide to get started?
You will need to provide your business FAQs or sales scripts, access to your n8n environment (or I can set one up for you), and your API keys (like Vapi, OpenAI/Anthropic, and any CRM you want to integrate).
Can this agent connect to my specific CRM or database?
Yes! By utilizing n8n, I can connect your voice agent to almost any modern CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.). If you have a custom database or software, I can build custom Python endpoints to ensure seamless integration.
Does the AI sound like a robot, or is it natural?
Vapi utilizes ultra-low latency models and advanced Text-to-Speech (TTS) integrations (like ElevenLabs or PlayHT). The result is incredibly conversational, capable of handling interruptions, and sounds very human.
Do you provide the phone numbers for inbound/outbound calls?
