Informazioni su questo servizio
Buyers shop for homes online long before they ever call an agent. If your website can't show listings and capture leads, you lose them to the agent whose site can.
I design real estate websites in WordPress built to turn visitors into leads, whether you're a solo agent, a team, or a brokerage.
What you get:
- Clean, modern design with your agent or agency branding
- Property listing pages with photo galleries and maps
- Lead capture forms that send enquiries straight to you
- IDX / MLS property search on request (live listings on your site)
- Fully responsive, since most buyers browse on their phones
- Fast loading and set up for local Google search
I have 6+ years building WordPress sites and a Level 2 badge here. Before we start, I'll confirm your pages, branding, and whether you need IDX so the build fits you exactly.
Message me your details and I'll map out your site.

I build custom WordPress websites for businesses. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 6+ years of experience, with 48 reviews at a 4.9 rating here on Fiverr.
I focus on sites that load fast, work on every screen, and are easy for you to update yourself. Most of my clients come back for more work, which tells me the sites hold up.
New build or full redesign, I handle both. Message me for a quick call or to talk through your project. I reply fast.

FAQ
Do I need my own IDX or MLS account for live listings?
Yes. IDX access comes from your MLS or a provider like IDX Broker or Realtyna. I connect it to your site and set up the property search. If you don't have one yet, I'll walk you through getting the right one.
Can visitors search live property listings on my site?
Yes, on the Standard and Premium packages. I integrate IDX so buyers search MLS listings directly on your site with filters for price, beds, location, and type, plus photo galleries and maps.
Will the site work well on phones?
Yes, every site I build is fully responsive. Most home buyers browse on mobile, so it's designed mobile-first and tested on real devices.
Can you redesign my current site or migrate it?
Yes. Send me your current site and what you'd like changed, and I'll confirm scope before we start.
What do you need from me to begin?
Your branding, the pages you want, reference sites you like, your content (bio, photos, areas served), and hosting access. If you need IDX, your provider details. I confirm everything before starting.
