Configured and maintained FactoryLogix AEGIS MES platform for PCBA manufacturing, managing process routings, work instructions, and revision control to ensure accurate shop-floor execution.  Validated and imported manufacturing data including Gerber, ODB++, Pick-and-Place and ASCII files into MES, enabling error-free SMT program generation and assembly setup.  Managed end-to-end 30-40 Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation per month, updating BOMs, component databases, and process documentation to maintain production continuity.  Developed approximately 15-20 process documentation and SOPs for MES data configuration, improving operational consistency and reducing configuration rework.  Maintained and optimized the component database of 2000+ component, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, alternates, and packaging data to support procurement and SMT assembly operations.  Supported New Product Introduction (NPI) by collaborating with design and production teams to validate BOMs, verify Gerber-to-BOM alignment, and configure first-article build workflows.  Coordinated with SMT production and quality teams to troubleshoot MES-related issues, minimize setup errors, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
