What is RAG and why does my chatbot need it?
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) means the chatbot retrieves answers from YOUR documents instead of making things up. This eliminates hallucinations — the bot only answers from sources you provide, with page-level citations. Essential for any business chatbot where accuracy matters.
What documents can the chatbot handle?
PDF, Word (.docx), text files, CSV, and HTML. For Basic package, up to 50 pages. Standard handles 500 pages. Premium has unlimited document support. Just upload your files after ordering and I'll process them.
Which LLM do you use — OpenAI, Gemini, or something else?
I default to Google Gemini (best free tier for buyers on a budget) but can use OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, or Groq Llama based on your preference. Premium package includes multi-LLM fallback so the bot never goes down due to API quota.
Will I get the source code?
Standard and Premium packages include full commented source code with deployment guide. Basic package is a deployed solution; source code is available as a paid extra ($80).
Can you deploy the chatbot for me?
Yes. Standard deploys to Streamlit Cloud (free hosting). Premium deploys via Docker on Hugging Face Spaces or your preferred cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) with GitHub Actions CI/CD setup.
Do you offer post-delivery support?
