One project I’m particularly proud of is Novio, a youth-led business initiative that won first place in my district in the “Best Youth-Led Company” category. The idea behind Novio was to create a platform for finding short-term jobs lasting up to 2–3 days with minimal age restrictions, which was intended to make it easier for young people to access flexible employment opportunities. I contributed to bringing this idea to life by building a web application using Dart, Flutter, and related technologies. My work focused on transforming the concept into a functional digital product and supporting the technical aspects of the project’s development. What makes this project particularly meaningful to me is that it combined innovation, real social value, and practical development experience. It was rewarding to be part of a project that not only gained recognition but continues to grow. I am still involved in the project and hope it becomes a successful and effective solution for short-term employment. Through this experience, I strengthened my skills in software development, collaboration, and problem-solving by working on a project with real potential and purpose.
